MODIFY REFUND POLICY

This Refund Policy is part of our Terms of Use. Please read these documents as they govern the relationship between you and us. The capitalized words used in this Refund Policy bear the same meaning as given to them in the Terms of Use.

IMPORTANT NOTICE

ALL IN-APP PURCHASES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. All charges for subscriptions and credit packs are non-refundable, and there are no refunds or credits for partially used periods.

1. Overview

Modify offers both free and premium features. Premium features require either:

  • Subscriptions (monthly or annual plans) - Provides a set number of credits per billing period
  • Credit Packs (one-time purchases) - Purchase additional credits that never expire

All payments are processed through the respective app store where you downloaded Modify:

  • iOS Users: Apple App Store
  • Android Users: Google Play Store

How Credits Work

  • Subscription Credits: You receive a fixed number of credits each billing period (e.g., 100 credits per month). These credits reset at the beginning of each billing period and do not roll over
  • Purchased Credit Packs: Credits bought separately from subscriptions never expire and remain in your account until used
  • Each image generation/edit consumes credits from your available balance

Subscription Terms

How Subscription Credits Work:

  • Subscriptions provide a set number of credits per billing period (e.g., 100 credits per month)
  • Credits refresh at the start of each new billing period
  • Unused subscription credits do NOT carry over to the next period - use them or lose them
  • Credit balance resets whether you use all credits or not

Free Trial

  • New users may be eligible for a free trial period
  • Trial includes the full credit allowance of the subscription tier
  • You will not be charged during the free trial period
  • Your subscription will automatically begin at the end of the trial unless cancelled
  • To avoid charges, cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends

Subscription Auto-Renewal

  • All subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
  • Renewal occurs at the end of each billing period (monthly or annually)
  • Your payment method will be charged within 24 hours before renewal
  • Renewal price may be subject to change with notice

Cancelling Subscriptions

You can cancel your subscription at any time:

  • Cancellation stops future charges only
  • You retain access to premium features until the current billing period ends
  • No partial refunds for unused subscription time

How to Cancel:

  • iOS: Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions > Modify > Cancel Subscription
  • Android: Google Play Store > Menu > Subscriptions > Modify > Cancel

REFUNDS

General Policy

All purchases are FINAL and NON-REFUNDABLE. This includes:

  • Paid Trials: Non-refundable. If you cancel during a paid trial period, you will not be refunded for the unused trial period
  • Subscriptions: All subscription charges are non-refundable
  • Credit Packs: All credit pack purchases are final and non-refundable
  • Unused Credits: No refunds for unused subscription credits that reset each period

If You Purchased Through App Stores

Apple App Store or Google Play Store Purchases: We do not process refunds directly. If you purchased through Apple App Store or Google Play Store, you must contact them directly for any refund requests. We do not provide refunds even if the app stores refer you back to us.

Please note that even if you request a refund through the app stores, we cannot guarantee it will be granted as all purchases are intended to be final.

Exceptional Circumstances

We generally DO NOT provide refunds. However, we MAY make an exception ONLY if:

  1. A refund is requested within 14 calendar days of the transaction date (including any trial period), AND
  2. The laws applicable in your jurisdiction require refunds

Note: Contacting us does not guarantee a refund. All refund decisions are at our sole discretion unless required by law.

PLEASE KEEP IN MIND

Uninstalling the app does NOT cancel your subscription. You must manually cancel your subscription to avoid future charges.

How to Cancel Your Subscription

Through App Settings:

  1. Launch Modify and log into your account
  2. Go to Settings > "Manage Subscription"
  3. Tap "Cancel Subscription" and follow instructions
  4. You will receive a confirmation email once cancelled

Through App Stores:

  • iOS: Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions > Modify > Cancel Subscription
  • Android: Google Play Store > Menu > Subscriptions > Modify > Cancel

If you don't receive a confirmation, contact us at contact@globeriz.com to verify cancellation.

Cancellation Terms

  • Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal to avoid next charge
  • You keep access to current period's credits until they reset
  • Purchased credit packs remain available after subscription cancellation

6. Consumption Data Sharing

When you request a refund through the app store, we may provide them with usage information to help assess your request, including:

  • Time since installation
  • App usage duration
  • Subscription status
  • Purchase consumption status
  • Trial usage history

This data sharing is explained in detail in our Privacy Policy.

7. Account Status After Refund

If a refund is granted:

  • Subscriptions:
    • Premium access and monthly credit allocation ends immediately upon refund
    • Any unused subscription credits from the current period are forfeited
    • Credits purchased separately (credit packs) are not affected
  • Credit Packs:
    • Refunded credit packs are removed from your account
    • Only the specific credit pack purchase is affected, not subscription credits
  • Created Content: You retain access to all previously edited images
  • Account: Your account remains active with free tier access

8. Fraud Prevention

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse service to users with excessive refund requests
  • Report fraudulent refund activity to app stores
  • Suspend accounts involved in refund abuse
  • Take legal action for fraudulent chargebacks

EU/EEA NOTICE

If you are located in the EU/EEA and purchase a subscription, you have the right to withdraw from this agreement within 14 days from the day you sign up without giving reasons (the "Withdrawal Period"). Your trial period counts toward the Withdrawal Period.

To exercise this right:

  • Send a clear written withdrawal request to: contact@globeriz.com
  • Must be sent at least 24 hours before the Withdrawal Period ends
  • You may use the model form below (optional)

Note: By beginning to use premium features or credits, you acknowledge immediate service delivery and may waive withdrawal rights for digital content.

10. Price Changes

  • We may change subscription prices with 30 days notice
  • Price changes apply to new subscriptions and renewals
  • Existing subscribers maintain current pricing until renewal
  • You can cancel before renewal to avoid new pricing

We may update this Refund Policy periodically. Continued use of Modify after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified policy.
