This Modify App Privacy Policy ("Privacy Policy") is delivered on behalf of Globeriz Inc. ("Globeriz", "we", "us", and "our") and governs the Personal Data (as defined below) collected from or processed about you when you use the Modify image editing mobile application ("Modify", the "app", or the "application"), including by downloading, installing, registering with, accessing or otherwise using the application (collectively referred to herein as "Use").
We provide this Privacy Policy to explain our practices for collecting, using, processing, and disclosing the Personal Data we process about Modify users ("users", "you", or "your", as applicable), and to tell you about the rights you may have in relation to your Personal Data and choices you may be able to make in relation to it. By Personal Data we mean (i) information that is associated with an identified or identifiable natural person, and (ii) protected as personal data under applicable data protection laws.
Please read this Privacy Policy carefully to understand our privacy practices. We also encourage you to get acquainted with our Terms of Use to understand how we provide services to you. If you do not want us to process your Personal Data as it is described in this Privacy Policy, please do not Use Modify.

1. What Information We Collect
We may collect Personal Data from and about you:
- Directly from you when you provide it to us
- Automatically when you Use Modify, including usage details and internet protocol ("IP") addresses
- From third parties, for example, our service providers, partners and vendors
2. Information You Provide to Us
You may provide Personal Data to us directly, or to service providers that act on our behalf, when you Use Modify. The Personal Data you provide depends on which features of Modify you Use and how you interact with the app.
Images You Upload
When you grant us permission to access your camera or your device's photo library, we will process the images you select to upload to Modify to provide features of the app that you choose to Use. For more information regarding how we process your images, please see Section 3: How We Process, Share and Retain Your Images and Image Data.
Text Prompts and Instructions
When you use our image editing features, you provide text prompts and editing instructions that guide the image transformation process.
Account Information
When you create a Modify account, we collect:
- Your email address
- Your password (encrypted and securely stored)
If you choose to sign in through third-party authentication:
- Apple Sign-In: We receive your Apple ID and may receive the email address associated with your Apple ID, depending on your Apple settings
- Google Sign-In: We receive your Google account email address and basic profile information
Customer Support Communications
If you contact us or communicate with us, we will collect and receive records and copies of your correspondence with us and contact details that you have provided us while making your inquiries (such as your name, email addresses and any other identifier by which you may be contacted).
Payment Information
When you make purchases or subscribe to premium features, payment processing is handled by RevenueCat and the respective app stores (Apple App Store or Google Play Store). We receive transaction confirmations and subscription status information but do not store your full payment card details.
3. How We Process, Share and Retain Your Images and Image Data
We process your images to provide you with the image editing features of the Modify application that you choose to Use. When you upload images to Modify, we process your images using advanced technology that analyzes and transforms the content based on your instructions ("Image Data").
Image Editing Process
When you upload an image for editing:
- Your original image is temporarily uploaded to our servers for processing
- You provide text prompts or editing instructions
- Our system processes your image using the specified transformations
- The edited image is generated and made available for download
- Your original image and associated Image Data are automatically deleted from our servers within 24 hours after processing is complete
Saved Projects and History
- Edited images that you choose to save within the app are stored on our servers (provided by Vercel and Supabase) and remain available in your account until you delete them
- You can access your saved projects from any device where you're logged into Modify
- Generation history is maintained for your convenience and can be deleted at any time through the app settings
Image Processing Infrastructure
Your images are processed using third-party services including:
- Fal.ai for image processing and transformation
- Supabase for database storage
- Vercel for hosting and content delivery
These service providers process your images solely to provide the Modify features you request and are contractually obligated to protect your data.
Important Notes
Notwithstanding anything to the contrary elsewhere in this Privacy Policy:
- We do NOT use photos to identify any individual user
- We do NOT use your photos or edited images for authentication, advertising, or marketing purposes and we do not share them with any third parties without your prior consent
- We do NOT use your photos for the purposes of identifying anonymous users and reconstructing their user profiles
- We do NOT use your images or Personal Data to train or improve our image processing models
- We do NOT share your uploaded images with third parties except as necessary to provide the service
- We do NOT claim any ownership rights to your original or edited images
4. Information We Collect Automatically
When you Use Modify, we or third parties we permit to do so, may automatically collect certain information, including Personal Data, from you (this is subject to your consent where required by law):
Device Information
- Device type and model
- Operating system and version (iOS or Android)
- Unique device identifiers
- Device language and timezone
App Information
- App version
- Installation source (Apple App Store or Google Play Store)
- Country/region of app store
Usage Information
- Features accessed and frequency of use
- Session duration and app engagement metrics
- Editing tools and effects used
- Error logs and crash reports
Subscription and Purchase Data
- Subscription status and tier
- Purchase history and transaction IDs (not full payment details)
- Trial usage information
- Credits usage and balance
Advertising Identifiers
(If you have provided consent) IDFA (iOS) or Google Advertising ID (Android). You can control this through your device settings.

- Vercel: Hosting and infrastructure
- React Native/Expo: App development framework
These providers are contractually obligated to protect your data and use it only as directed by us.
App Stores
We exchange limited information with Apple App Store and Google Play Store for:

- Subscription management
- Refund handling
Refund Handling and Data Sharing with App Stores
Sharing of Consumption Data for Refunds: If you request a refund for an in-app purchase through Apple's App Store or Google Play Store, we may provide them with certain information regarding your usage of the app and the specific in-app purchase. This information may include:
- The time elapsed since installation
- Total time the app was used
- Anonymous account identifiers
- Whether the in-app purchase was consumed
- Whether a free trial was used
- Total purchase amount
- Total amount previously refunded
This data is shared solely to help Apple and Google make informed refund decisions and is handled in compliance with applicable privacy laws.

Legal Requirements
We may disclose your Personal Data when required by law, including:

Account deletion typically processes within 4 hours.

Service Communications
Certain communications (account, security, legal) cannot be opted out of while you maintain an account.
10. Security of Your Personal Data
We implement industry-standard security measures:
- Encryption of data in transit and at rest
- Access controls limiting data access to authorized personnel
- Regular security audits and vulnerability assessments
- Secure authentication including support for biometric login
- Automatic deletion of processed images after 24 hours
While we strive to protect your Personal Data, no system is 100% secure. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
11. Data Retention
We retain your Personal Data as follows:
- Account Information: Until account deletion
- Uploaded Images: Automatically deleted within 24 hours of processing
- Saved Projects: Until you delete them or your account
- Usage Data: Generally retained for up to 24 months
- Communications: As required for legal purposes
After account deletion, we may retain certain data for legal compliance, typically no longer than 90 days unless required by law.
12. International Data Transfers
Your Personal Data may be transferred to and processed in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate.
For EEA/UK residents, we ensure appropriate safeguards through:

By using Modify, you consent to these transfers.
13. Children's Privacy
Modify is not intended for children under 13 years of age. In the EEA/UK, users must be at least 16 years old.
Globeriz does not knowingly collect information from children under 13 years of age or have any reasonable grounds for believing that persons under the age of 13 are accessing our Services or App. We have no reason to believe that children under 13 are using Modify. If Globeriz discovers any inadvertently collected Personal Information of a person under the age of 13, that information will be swiftly deleted from its records. 14. California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)
This section applies to California residents and supplements our Privacy Policy to comply with the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA).

We do NOT sell your personal information. We have not sold personal information in the preceding 12 months.

We do not disclose personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes.
